Participants will learn that project time and cost management are processes of strategic planning, monitoring and control to complete a project successfully This Executive Development Programme by NICMAR equips CPWD engineers with the practical project-management skills needed to plan, build, and deliver public Construction projects with confidence. Across 21 focused sessions, you'll move from core concepts and resource planning through scheduling, contracts, compliance, quality, design and estimation, and on to documentation, monitoring, and project close-out. Each session is short and structured — about 25 minutes of learning followed by a 5-minute quiz — with site-ready examples drawn from real CPWD works. The content is aligned to both the global standard and the Indian practice (IS 15883) that govern construction projects.
