This training program is based on the CPHEEO Manual of Water Supply and Treatment Systems and is designed to provide participants with a comprehensive understanding of modern water supply systems, treatment technologies, transmission and distribution networks, operation & maintenance practices, and smart water management concepts. The 9 modules cover key engineering, planning, operational, and management aspects of urban water supply systems in alignment with national standards, service level benchmarks (SLBs), and sustainable water management practices. The course introduces participants to practical concepts such as DMA management, NRW reduction, SCADA systems, advanced treatment technologies, stakeholder engagement, and continuous water supply systems.
