Developed as part of the Capacity Building for Low Carbon and Climate Resilient City Development in India (CapaCITIES) project, ICLEI South Asia along with Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC), South Pole, econcept AG and National Institute of Urban Affairs (NIUA), this training provides detailed guidance on how to develop Net-Zero Climate Resilient City Action Plans . It outlines key components including understanding the local climate context and urban service infrastructure, developing city-scale GHG inventories, climate risk assessments and GHG emissions reduction scenarios, defining climate targets and interventions, and implementing, financing and monitoring of the climate action plan.
