Roadmap to Livable cities Module 4: Elaborating the CITIIS approach - Project maturation phase

This module elaborates on the maturation phase and its different stages, like creating a roadmap, preparing a project logical framework, organisational readiness assessment and stakeholder mapping. Steps were taken structure the project that included a review of global best practices, environmental and social safeguards screening, baseline studies and formulating a stakeholder engagement plan. The module discusses the feasibility assessment of the project and arriving at the design solutions of the project which included preparing a detailed project report and an environmental and social management plan.
