Multiple factors have challenged sustainable operations and maintenance, financial solvency and quality service provision in Kerala’s public toilets. To assess these aspects, WASH Institute developed a tool to study existing public toilet facilities across Kerala, and institute data-driven decision making in planning, maintenance and monitoring of toilet facilities.
