Ortho-rectification of imagery and base map preparation were carried out for all spatial layers, along with the creation of 3D maps and Digital Twin models for the Thiruvananthapuram Municipal Corporation’s ABD wards. A comprehensive household survey was conducted for 60,000 assets across nine ABD wards, while newly added buildings were mapped and updated in the Integrated Building Plan Management System.
