The initiative of SPA New Delhi has been to develop an innovative tech based Participatory Approach to achieve the challenges of Local Area Planning/ Ward level Planning through the development of Urban STeP (Comprehensive Web Portal and Application), a Smart Toolkit for e-Participation for improved governance and management by stakeholder /citizen engagement through their suggestions, queries, feedback, grievances, data updating and conflict resolution through discussions.
