The GWSCCL developed STPs at Pragathi Nagar (15 MLD), Ursu Gutta (5 MLD), and MGM Hospital (750 KLD) under the Smart City initiative. The Pragathi Nagar and Ursu Gutta STPs, using SBR technology, cost ₹4673 lakhs and were completed by June 2023 and June 2021, respectively. The MGM Hospital STP, using CAMUS-SBT technology, was completed in February 2020 at ₹277 lakhs, designed for 500 liters of sewage per bed. These projects improve sewage treatment, sanitation, and urban sustainability Warangal.
